Good parking access, Modern electrical systems, Convenient Costa coffee location
The electronic key system is a mess, leaving guests frustrated multiple times!!! Cleaning standards could use a serious boost—finding other guests' items is just unacceptable!!! The pricing for drinks is a total rip-off!!!

Convenient Stay with Excellent Service
Arrived early and had a brief wait for check-in. The superior double room was clean and comfortable. Nearby restaurants provided plenty of dining options, while the breakfast spread was impressive with high-quality food. Future guests should utilize the parking across the street. it’s affordable!

the room was a decent size n had two windows so there was a nice breeze on a hot day. i loved the tv was on the wall so we could chill n watch from our comfy bed. linens were really nice n the towels were a good size. We got some shortbread with our tea n coffee! the reception staff were super friendly n welcoming, made us feel really at home.
the parking situation was kinda tricky, and the check-in took a bit longer than expected. also, the mattress had a weird dip that wasn't really comfy.

Had an amazing group trip with friends! We explored the city's sights on a Red Coat Guided Tour and enjoyed a scenic boat ride on the famous Ship Canal. The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was great—plenty of options! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
One small downside was the location, it was a bit of a walk back from the city center after a night out, especially in heels!

We had a lovely stay exploring Exeter, especially enjoying the Red Coat Guided Tour, which took us to some fascinating historical spots. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, making our time comfortable with our kid.
In my children’s opinion, the hotel could use more kid-friendly food options.

Ideal for a group getaway
The staff were amazing at check-in, really super helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. And location was terrific, just a few minutes walk to the action, parking was reasonable and discounted too.
It wasn't exactly pocket change but still acceptable.

The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay, with an excellent buffet breakfast featuring a variety of hot and cold dishes, including a memorable porridge. the air conditioning was controlled by the front desk, leading to an uncomfortable and stuffy night, especially with noise from seagulls outside. The dining experience was disappointing, as the dinner options felt overpriced and lackluster compared to the breakfast.

Comfortable space and friendly staff
Had a spacious room with air conditioning, proper heating, and a powerful shower. The beds were comfy with soft towels and great body soap. Staff were super friendly and helped out a lot. Breakfast had a variety of options and was yummy. Convenient location by the city center made it easy to explore.

The Standard Double Room offered a surprisingly comfortable bed, which allowed for restful sleep during the two-night stay. The hotel features a modern design that adds a refreshing touch to the ambiance.
The noise from closing doors was a constant bother, making it hard to ignore when fellow guests passed through the corridors. Even though the room was comfortable, having a fridge would have been convenient, especially for late-night snacks. some amenities felt lacking, like insufficient soundproofing between rooms, which might result in disturbances for light sleepers.

The hotel had a warm atmosphere with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. I especially appreciated the comfortable seating in the bar area, making it easy for seniors to relax and enjoy their time.
More variety in the breakfast options would help.
